It often differs and can take up to 3 months for us to restock on a specific product, however, there are some items we do not restock. |
My order was cancelled or there was a partial refund issued. |
Please check your contact email or number. We often send an explanation there, but there could have been damaged or our system over sold a product. Our system could have also flagged your order as fraudulent. |
Do you do discounts for first time purchasers? |
No, however we do offer discounts for long time purchasers of our brand. |
I bought an outfit from you and want to post a picture of it on Instagram. Will you repost me? |

We are not currently offering meet-ups, drop offs, or pick ups at this time. |

We are not currently looking for any of these things, however, please feel free to send an email including your name, the email you've purchased an item with before, your social media pages, and your pitch. Please DO NOT contact us if you have never shopped online with us at least once. |

Do you make custom outfits? |
At this time, we are not creating custom outfits for our customers. |
How do your packages come and do you offer discreet shipping? |
Our packaging is usually one of the following: Bubble gum pink polymailer, gold bubble mailers, or a regular brown box with bubble gum pink "Golddiggers" tape. The sender is "Golddiggers Boutique". Do you offer insurance on your packages? |
Yes! We suggest that you take shipping insurance on all your orders, especially those over $100. We will refund all packages that have insurance that get lost in the mail system. |
My packages says it was delivered but is not at the door? |
Please check your front door, the mailbox, and see if your neighbors have seen it. Once you have done this, try to talk with your local delivery man or try Monday through Friday to get into contact/visit with your local post office. They should be able to assist you further in tracking down your package. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. |
